Terms of Service
- The waitlist is free.
- The founding lifetime deal is a one-time payment for lifetime access to hosted App Bro, including future features, with early access from October 17, 2026.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as the hosted service runs. If it ever shuts down, you’ll get at least 90 days’ notice, and the open-source code stays available for you to run yourself.
- 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, counted from when you get access.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Resonance Logic, LLC (“we”, “us”), a Delaware limited liability company based in New York, which builds and runs App Bro. They cover this website, the waitlist, the founding lifetime deal, and your use of the hosted App Bro service. By using the site or buying the deal, you agree to them. If you use App Bro for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll email you when App Bro launches. You can leave the list at any time.
3. The founding lifetime deal
What you get
- Lifetime access to the hosted version of App Bro, with every feature available at launch.
- Every feature we add to the hosted service later, such as keyword research through the MCP server. This is included at no extra cost.
- Early access before the public launch, from October 17, 2026. If you buy after that date, access starts when your payment goes through.
What “lifetime” means
Lifetime means for as long as we operate the hosted App Bro service. It doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours. If we ever decide to shut the hosted service down:
- we’ll give you at least 90 days’ notice by email;
- App Bro’s source code will remain available under its open-source license, so you can keep running it yourself.
Who it’s for
- One founding purchase covers you, or your company, and the apps you build and publish.
- You may not resell it, transfer it, or share your account with unrelated people or companies.
- Normal, heavy use is fine. Automated abuse, or using the service to run an unrelated business, isn’t.
What it doesn’t include
App Bro works with your own accounts at other companies, and you pay those companies directly. For example:
- your AI client, such as Claude or Codex, and its usage;
- your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts;
- your ad spend;
- RevenueCat or Superwall plans.
Price and availability
- The deal starts at $49 and goes up by $10 every 10 seats.
- It ends at the public launch, October 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM US Eastern Time, or when all 100 seats are sold, whichever comes first.
- The price shown when you open checkout is the price you pay.
- The seat counter shows real purchases only. Refunded seats go back on sale.
Payment
Payment is a one-time charge to Resonance Logic, LLC, processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires them.
Refunds
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The 30 days start on October 17, 2026, when early access opens, or on the day you pay if that’s later. See the Refund Policy.
4. Using App Bro
- Your accounts and keys. You connect your own App Store Connect, Google Play, ads, analytics, RevenueCat or Superwall accounts. You allow App Bro to read from and act on those accounts when you ask it to. Keep your credentials safe, and use only accounts you’re allowed to use.
- You’re in charge of what gets published. App Bro and your AI client can write translations, store listings and other content for you. AI output can be wrong. Review it before you publish, because you’re responsible for what appears in your apps and on the stores.
- Follow the rules. Use App Bro lawfully and within the terms of Apple, Google, your ad networks and the other services you connect. Don’t use it to break, overload or get unauthorised access to App Bro or anyone else’s systems.
- Early access is early. Before the public launch, features may change and things may break. Tell us and we’ll fix them.
5. Open source
App Bro’s source code is published on GitHub under the open-source license stated in its repository, and that license governs your use of the code. These terms cover this website and the hosted service we run.
6. Ending access
You can stop using App Bro at any time. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we end your lifetime access without you having broken these terms, we’ll refund what you paid for it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Apart from the promises in these terms, App Bro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to App Bro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as App Bro grows. We’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll email founding members about material changes before they take effect. Changes never take away what you’ve already paid for in section 3.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the state or country where you live, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
